FLUTTER PRIVACY POLICY

INTRODUCTION:

Juice Wireless, Inc. ("Juice Wireless","us" or "we") respects the privacy of its customers using Flutter (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how Juice Wireless will collect and use your personally identifiable information ("PII") and location information when you use the Service.

BY USING THE SERVICE YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT MAKE ANY FURTHER ATTEMPT TO ACCESS OR USE FLUTTER. From time to time Juice Wireless may revise this Privacy Policy. If we make revisions that change the way we collect or use your PII, those changes will be posted in this Privacy Policy and the effective date will be noted at the beginning of the Policy. Therefore, you should review it periodically so that you are up to date on our most current policies and practices. If we make material changes to our practices regarding use of your PII, your PII will continue to be governed by the Privacy Policy under which it was subject prior to those changes, unless you have been provided notice of, and have not objected to, the changes.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT:

Registration: When you subscribe to and use the Services, we collect PII from you. During registration, we will collect: your mobile phone number, name, and date of birth.

Location Coordinates: When you use our Service, we collect - and you consent to the collection of - your location information. You will always control when your location is shared with others.

Non PII: We automatically collect and record non-PII about your usage of the Service. This may include information such web requests, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, features used, the number of messages sent, the dates and times of your requests.

USE: HERE'S HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Generally. We may use information in the following ways: For the purposes for which you specifically provided it including, without limitation, to enable us to process and fulfill your subscription and other requests.

To send you information about your relationship or transactions with us.

To notify you about our products, services, and special offers, or to otherwise contact you with information that we believe will be of interest to you.

To enhance or develop features, products and services.

To provide third parties with aggregate information about subscribers and usage patterns.

Commercial Messages. We will not use your PII or location information to send commercial or marketing SMS text messages to you about other companies without your express consent.

Sharing your Information

Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your PII or Location Information outside of Juice Wireless.

Location Information: You may choose to share your location information with third parties by attaching it to an image or message and sending it to a third party. You should use discretion in disclosing your location information to friends or other people you may not know. Note: we retain location information no longer than is necessary to provide the Service. However, when you use our [location feature], we will store your location information for so long as the content to which it was attached remains on our computer systems.

Affiliates and Service Providers: We may disclose PII and location information to subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other businesses or persons for the purpose of providing certain features of the Services, and for processing such information on our behalf. These companies have access to your PII solely for the purpose of providing these services to us or on our behalf.

Special Circumstances: There may be instances when we may disclose PII without providing you with a choice in order to protect the legal rights of Juice Wireless or our employees, agents and contractors; to protect the safety and security of subscribers to our Services; to protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or to comply with the law or legal process. In addition, if Juice Wireless sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, we may transfer your PII to a third party as part of that transaction.

Non PII. We may disclose anonymous log file and usage information and aggregated demographic information to third-parties so that they may better understand how the Services is used. We also may use your location information to create and share aggregate data from which your personally identifiable information has been removed or obscured.

CHILDRENS' PRIVACY:

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 14 years-of-age, and no part our Service is directed to persons under 14. IF YOU ARE UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. [If we learn that personally-identifiable information of persons less than 14-years-of-age has been collected through the Service without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the age of 14 has obtained a Flutter account, then you may alert us at support@flutterpic.com and request that we delete that child's personal information from our systems.

SECURITY:

Juice Wireless has implemented and maintains reasonable security procedures and practices to protect against the unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction or disclosure of PII.

ACCESS HOW TO ACCESS, CORRECT OR DELETE YOUR PII:

User can update name via the iPhone's Settings menu. To update your number or email address, you should contact support@flutterpic.com. To delete PII, contact support@flutterpic.com.

TRANSFER TO US OR OTHER COUNTRIES

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States, and by subscribing to and/or using our Service, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country.
